I sent pinksheets an e-mail, asking if there is a delay between a company posting its financials to pinksheets and it showing up on the website. Their response, "We update a company’s category when we are notified that the information has been posted to pinksheets.com."
Not sure what's going on here, but pinksheets claims no delays between being notified of receiving financials and getting them updated on the web. Perhaps there is communications failure?
