Why shouldn't Theresa or anyone else who owns PNMS stock or PDR's not care what is said on Ihub? IMO everyone has a right to read this Board it allows posters to deciefer what is Fact and what is Fiction.
It allows all posters and PDR Holders(with the Company or not) to see who are the true longs and true believers in the PDR Exchange.

Also, have you purchased any PDR's from the Company using the private placement? If not why?

When I bought my shares direct.....I wired the money to their dallas B of A acct.
I suppose you could send a cashiers chect..but I was not offered that option as I recall.
When I was offered shares at .0025....the market price was actually lower.
I do agree......Theresa should not care what is said on Ihub....but it's a pretty wild stretch to equate that with the legitamacy of the entire company!
Also...lets be clear....The .02 and .04 prices would be guaranteed only after 1 or 2 years respectivly.
