Green Guy,they are unwilling to give up total shares of the shell ,so yes you could say that the deal is off.This isnt the only shell in town,and other plans are being made now.As far as this crew,they do not even have the decency to return phone calls,but would rather take people for a ride and then suddenly forget to answer their phones.Anyone foolish enough to buy shares in companies that they are connected with should take a very good look at their track records,and that pump and dump syns is going to take a flop anyday now.Of course if they are willing to turn over all the shares of the shell,the money is waiting here to close the deal.Some way to do business,on an internet site.Totally rediculous,where are you Dan the Man?
