China update coming. Pres letter coming.

We believe the bashers are desperate, and there are shareholders trying to cover a significant short position. All we can do is to continue to challenge bashers to back up what they are saying.

Consider this, the market cap is just over $2 million. Does that make sense to you or anyone else, given the business developments in the pipeline? We believe The share price is not tracking, because the shorts are trying to undermine the stock until they can cover their position. Bashing doesn't cost anything (unless there are people being paid to bash). If you accuse loudly enopugh and long enough, shareholders do begin to question things, and some will sell low.

Again, take a step back. Look at financial performance. Look at the value of the shells (you can do some googling to confirm the value of a clean shell), and ask, are we stupid enough to pretend things are happening in China, and then have to face the music if we fail to deliver anything? We are being very cautious, partly because we don';t want to give bashers ammunition to challenge what we announce.

Consider the upside opportunity versus the downside risk. The Company actually has operating divisions with top line revenue and bottom line results. Compare that with the majority of pinks. Consider the China deals, IFGX and Forex. Even if only one of these proves successful, it will add to the Companys cash flow and financial health. How high is up? We've certainly seen the stock run up before. Even if the stock only goes up a few ticks, that would be a considerable increase in the value of the stock versus its current level.
