Sheeesh.
There are still glaring problems in my eyes, even with the company presentation of it. To me it just gets worse and worse. I hope that since I have talked to some here before and my postings should reflect that there is no "agenda" on my part and in thinking this PR was another way to say something without really saying anything and that I agree with lake on nothing but a stall tactic.
I have never sold, flipped or profited 1 single time on this particular stock to date. I decided long ago that I would take a more than a couple of grand and ride the line here. The money I have lost or will lose means absolutely squat to me. There are plenty of people on message boards to feed me deceptive information without the company, whom seems to cause so much of it by zero information, giving me this horse crud PR when all anyone wants is simple, plain English, honest answers.
Only thing confirmed is the Riley fallout from this. No mention of VP. Nothing of Komex. Nothing of bounced divvy checks. Nothing of Best Jets employees not getting paid. Nothing of selling the Jet companies in Florida. Nothing of recent litigations. Were we suppose to assume that all of that negative information was nothing more than a tirade by a shyster that Phoenix is sorry to become involved with? Absolutely nothing of substance....again, as usual.
Only the company, Riley and whomever present know what really occurred. But it does make you wonder if the company is releasing information known for quite some time as retribution to the relationship falling out or because of the investigation or because the Komex PR was way to far over the top and got the attention of those whom aspire to be the next Elliot Ness. Did they spell it O'Riley in the PR to prevent us from finding it? Was that what was initially supplied by Riley to hide it? Was it just a simple, convenient mistake?
The way even the PR is worded, I am left wondering if Riley is having Phoenix involved in this investigation for things the company said about him after the falling out or during the relationship which ultimately caused the falling out? Or the other way around? If Riley is under investigation and Phoenix is on the straight and narrow, why would Komex still be interested in VP and MR working on a deal for them?
If the company wants to apologize, they can start by opening the books and letting us see what is under the bold, black, magic marker on the Roswell reports.
