YIWA Continues Growth Spurt -- Enters Negotiations With National Call Center Contractor
DENVER, CO, Oct 09, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- US National Telecom (Yi Wan Group) (PINKSHEETS: YIWA) reports that it has entered negotiations with a national network provider that is expected to process calls for one of the larger US-based outbound call centers. This new wholesale business arrangement could have the potential of generating more than $240,000 in additional annual revenue for the Company's Vitelity subsidiary. YIWA already reported that increased revenue at its subsidiary was higher than earlier projections had indicated. The Company's intention is to leverage its many business contacts in order to continue the company's recent growth spurt.
The network provider noted that the preliminary due diligence period began several months ago. "Initial testing with the national network provider has been successful so far, including fax transmissions over VoIP," according to Scott Navratil, Director of Sales and Marketing for Vitelity. "The Company expects to announce more contracts at the time of the Boston VON show."
To reflect the new nature of the public corporation after the well publicized recent reverse merger, Yi Wan Group, Inc. is changing its name to US National Telecom, Inc. The name change has recently been approved by the State, and as requirements are met and the NASD approves, a new stock symbol will be assigned. This is the first step in what the company expects will be its plan to obtain a full listing on the high profile OTC BB exchange. The company intends to become a globally recognized name in telecom services, which will increase brand value, and hopefully increase shareholder value as well.
