So we wait now to see what the diario oficial shows later this week. Some are hoping it will name names. The Q&A just posted says it will not.

Regardless, if a decision is reached by Oct 11, it won't be long before we all find out. The Q&A said October. We've waited this long, we can wait a bit longer.
