Reaction to P/R on UGHO..

People not reading the date of the stock sale at .27-.28 which is where the stock traded at the time of the deal.

Based upon the facts that (1) the Company's common stock price of $2.02 per share prior to the proposal is significantly higher than the value offered by Markland.

I bet Markland comes back with $3+ offer...."
