New to this stock, could anyone give me a quickj recap as to what is going on?

start it off with "tampa" so i can find it lol

Looks like it was at the .010 range for a very long time and just hit this range, and took a dip today, looking to possibly buy but i'd hate to see it go back to the .010 range.... fill me? what's everyone banking on here? thanks guys
