what if pps is $20 by the time everyone's old NWOG shares are converted over to the new issue NWOL shares and everyone can trade??? What's to prevent many investors/traders from getting excited/greedy and selling some/all of their position and collapsing the share price back down below $1.00???

Sure would be nice if the share price could stabilize at whatever much higher dollar level...
