this says it all......The company's agreement with Rim Semi does not bind Rim Semi or the equipment manufacturer. The company has asked Rim Semi to not identify them publicly until such time as they agree, or until Rim Semi is required to identify them under Securities and Exchange Commission rules and regulations.
