DPDW hasn't "closed" over $1.50 in years and it cruised through it, no problem...... ARCA was trying HARD to stomp it back down into the close, but the buy pressure overwhelmed.
"Closing" over a MAJOR pivot is always more powerful than just breaking it intraday... This chart has NEVER been more bullish.
DPDW's actual close = $1.52
