1st point: I agree. In fact I'm guilty of it as well. You may know what's going on with a stock and realize teh kool aid is laid on thick but it is pointless to fight it. Many keep quiet instead and watch it fall apart.

2nd point: Sure you make the analogy that there is a tsunami in bad times. However, it's not just gamblers or fools that ride the waves. Traders have to adapt/evolve to be successful. When the game changes the real players will still make money, but they'll modify the way they trade and the positions they select to enter. I've seen you do this SL, you backed off the subby's when they were entrenched with bidwackers and focused on stronger plays. You've adapted and are still here playing a modified version of the game you played before. Your certainly not a fool but a successful trader adapting to a changing environment. Those that don't become extinct but the sidelines don't help anyone.

Even the Lotto board has evolved from a take a chance at 10 bagger forum to well informed discussion board encompassing many areas affecting wealth.
