i used that $20 dollar figure arbitrarily, but to make a point. if smart money knows this stock has what it takes to hit double digit dollars in 3-5 years or less, they aren't going to worry if they pay $1.50 or $1.25, or $1.75.... they are just going to grab all the shares they can lay their hands on and put them in a safe place for a long time. jmho.
