As I recall, Rivera found out that ONYI was about to be delisted from the OTCBB due to some improper paper work. He said no deal and left ONYI and cancelled the agreement.

And if my memory serves me correct, was not very long after that ONYI stock was halted trading for awhile, then went to just OTC.

Again, this is just my memory which is not the best anymore.

Is it not a bit strange to demand a jury trial?

Do they not think this will be brought before a judge which has the knowledge of the law in Mn?
