That appears to be the game plan. Make us feel pain and give up our shares for nothing. 0.02 cents might as well be zero.

Has anybody been able to pick up shares at these prices?

Just wondering if the prime brokers are letting retail accounts pick up shares through Bank of America.

This is a lotto ticket. I'll hold my shares for the lotto drawing but I can't buy any more tickets through Scottrade.
