Scott is still waiting on the auditors. Once he hears back from them we/I will know more. I have no inside info, I just called Scott.
I would love to talk about the number of shares pvnc will give up for the r/m but I was called a basher last time I did so I'll wait for someone with credibility out here to verify my comments.
