What a load, Gail. It is NOT fact. And they're not stopping conversions, they're FORCING them. The float will soon be over 1.5 billion, if it isn't already. The o/s is astronomical, because all that stock that was returned to Treasury--billions and billions of shares--is still part of it.

And much of it will enter the market again, because PAIM has no other source of consistent income.
