I've been burned too many times before.
So, I always watch for faltering signs as a time to exit.

but .. YES! ... let's watch as the signs of strength fill our eyes.

btw, where is West Chester ??

My sister-in-law lives in North Canton.
I currently live in the DC area.
I grew up in West Chester ... FL ... a suburb of Miami.
