The 10K will not be for this year. It will be for the time period the AFs covered. What you need to follow are the 10Q's.Those quarterly reports cover the recently passed quarters showing revenues, O/S, profits, losses, debt etc. The next 10K will be a summation of the 4 previous 10Q's. What period is covered all depends on how they list their fiscal year. FWIW
