How is that a "fact"? They haven't even SAID they're stopping dilution, and they haven't given anyone current o/s figures since 8 August. The falling stock price suggests that they are indeed diluting. How else will they pay you for the stock they bought back?

fact- they will uplist

You need to go to a dictionary for a definition of "fact". It does not mean "what they tell you".
