Your Right. Because there is a bigger Percentage of Profit.
I noticed this, as the price was spiraling down. What I mean is there was few trades at .01 then .009 then.008 then quickly down to.004 and till .001....then once it hit.0009 then quickly down to the range we see today.
The Reason I see is simple, Like at todays range of bid ask is 100% profit for then...if the bid ask was; as an example bid at .0007 then a sell at .0008 well for them it is only 13.5 % profit same thing if it goes to . bid at .007 then a sell of .008 It still the same thing..13.5% profit and so on.
For them or even traders they feel it is better to mislead unknowing investors, in such a manner of selling a very few (like someone did this morning) At that .0002 range then sell at .0003 Now you see, its a 50% profit, not 13.5% like they would realize at the .0007 to .0008 range.
Could also be someone "fellow investor" is now in line to receive there bid order, for that person I feel they think it is better for then to sacrifice a $10 Commission, to scare someone into selling very low. so they can realize that 50% profit they feel they need so badly.. Just think if they do this to 10-20 other stocks.
Lets see how this works.
BID ASK Percentage / Profit
.0002 .0003 50%
.002 .003
.02 .03

.0004 .0005 20%
.004 .005
.04 .05

.0008 .0009
.008 .009
.08 .09 11%

Good news is we can play on there greed as well, Because they will want to skip the lower percentage levels on the way back up as well.
Correct me if i am wrong.
Also I hope this is Clear, and it is understandable.
