I am more curious about the 14A filing on the 4th of October that allows for the issuance of 10 Million shares of common stock and 100 Million shares of Series B shares....although there appears to be no real explanation given as to what those shares are for???

Also, it clearly shows that the OS is ~32 Million shares already....that is 4 Fold dilution since the Reverse Split!

Too Funny....JF has the printing presses running full tilt!
