I got an email from scottrade about the RSTD.
They told me that they have been informed there will be a one for one swap of EVSY to WTCT....however....they are not sure if there will be yet another restriction once this is complete. Evans has not stated anything further and neither has WTCT.

Its quite possible that Moody after he has given us WTCT shares that he could put them back on restriction for another year.
If he does i will see what legal action i have at my disposal as a shareholder of shares that have been restricted for over a year and then the ticker changed and restricted again...if that happens.I feel like this could happen over and over and we never get our payout. Thats on the verge of being fraud....so if he does restrict them again i will find a lawyer.
