I'm not sure what is currently going on with PNMS, as I have not talked with JF. However, nothing has really changed... they are still a holding company that receives 30% of PANAMERSA MMVII's revenues, and are primarily focused on addressing NSS at the present time.
"Does the PDR exchange has to be completely redone since it cannot handle all of the volume from all over tha world?"
The PDR Exchange had to be redone because the exchange that was delivered by Desimplex was very poor quality. MT said that he intends to market the Exchange to the world, but cannot do so with a faulty product. Part of the problem with the old exchange was that it wasn't very user or administator friendly, and required any updated information to be written in code, which generally took Desimplex weeks to accomplish.
"Do we need another reprogaming outfit that is capable to do that?"
The PDR Exchange (Panama), Inc. already has one.
"If so,how long do you feel it would take?"
My understanding is that the new programming outfit has been working on the new Exchange for several months now, and it should be done pretty soon.
BTW, 4Godnwv is the most level-headed poster on this board, IMO.
