Interesting list.

I don't know how much BA was being paid but, IIRC, Moody left about two months before the board dropped BA. Why not sooner if they wanted to cut costs?

I have no idea about Bennet or what he did but I think the ActSoft deal collapsed soon after Moody left.

On the other hand, what I do know, for sure, is the present BOD kept listing the CT as "Pat Pend" long after they had dropped the patent appeal.

I think the board got control of Evans around last October, months after Moody left HISC. It appears management challanged BA over legal ownership but dropped that fight the moment they got to the first court hearing. Wonder why, might they have been lying all along and it was evident at that first hearing?

It seemed they delayed that dividend AND did some kind of black magic with the shares before passing it on to BA. That seems to be what the current suit from Moody is about. If so, who's fault was that, who had total control of Evans from October until after something like late March or April?

The current BOD recently "hired", then "fired" (I guess) a super salesman but kept his name on the company list of employees for at least two months. Was that Bennet?

The current mangagement subsidized the Reilly's two phone stores for almost a year after Moody left before they closed those money draining retail stores. Wonder why? And who got the money after the stores were sold out?

They claim to be making CT wiring harnesses here (Asheville?) cheaper than it can be done in China. Does anyone believe that?

They claim that past customers give rave reviews on the CT but it seems only the Atlanta trucking company has made a follow-up purchase of a few hundred units. Perhaps the other customers really weren't so satisfied after all?

The current management PRed that the CT had been "approved" for use by ATT and spoke glowingly of the new opportunites for sales that meant. Some weeks later our young CTO posted that no, the CT really isn't approved but they are working VERY hard to get it approved. Someday, there'll be pie in the sky.

How many - or perhaps, how few - people are actually on the company payroll, and what's the salary of each one? And are they being paid in money or tons of micropenny stock? This is the same group that were telling us a year ago that BA?Moody were dumping masses of stock to hurt the company. But, I invite you to take a look at the volume for the months of June-July-August and then note what happens to it later; so who hurt us by flooding stock on the market?

And who has the latest info on the next "annual" shareholders meeting? It's been two years since the last, you know?

I'm sure none of this counts though, you all know who the crook is that has driven this company to its knees anyway, so who cares about my drivel and a few stray CURRENT facts?
