To Support New Agreement

Emmett/Furla Films, a subsidiary of Family Room Entertainment Corporation (OTCBB:FMLY), and Artisan Entertainment have entered into a first look agreement that provides Artisan with the option to acquire all North American rights to projects produced by Emmett/Furla budgeted at $5 million and under. To support this agreement a new label, EFF Independent, has been established as the entity that will develop and produce product to support this transaction. The announcement was made today by Emmett/Furla's Co-chairs Randall Emmett & George Furla and Gary Rubin, Executive Vice President, Sales & Acquisitions, Artisan Television Distribution.

Additionally, Gus Furla has been tapped as the Director of Development for EFF Independent, reporting directly to partners Randall Emmett and George Furla as well as Vice President of Development & Business Affairs, M. Dal Walton, III. Emmett and George Furla will continue to oversee all aspects of the projects produced under the Family Room Entertainment umbrella, including Emmett/Furla Films Productions and EFF Independent. Walton will continue to oversee the day-to-day affairs of the company under Emmett and Furla.
