Use of PACER Data could be a legal issue ?

The PACER system provides electronic access to case information from federal courts across the United States. The information gathered from the PACER system is a matter of public record and may be reproduced without permission. However, the PACER customer assumes all responsibility for consequences that arise from use of the data.

I would IMO, to use outdated court documents in the manner of use Friday would or should be directed to the SEC for investigation. I think there would be a issue over stock manipulation with the way this was done.....

Too bad these posts were not deleted, for this is the only forum as such was posted. But then again the posters should be tracked and proper authorities notified to investigate this...

If anyone would like some of the court documents from PACER,,PM and I will send the PDF files,,,,,,,This by law I am allowed to do,,,I paid for them and can copy and distribute as i wish..
