Hunsaker did admit 1 million in sales,yet no details for any period of time were noted in documents.This was time frame Jan 06-Feb O^.
Knowing this Plaintif did buy 169,000 shares at $3.00 per.
Main Bitching points of Plaintif,,
1. # of current outstanding shares mis quoted to them as around 5.5 mil ,,when the only audit did state that between 6-7 million were outstanding.
2. They were pissed that Anthony Sutera,,patent developer of muffer was dismissed from BOD without shareholder vote
3. 8 million contract to Larry Mcclure (Racing sponsor)McClure at time a BOD member and the 500K investment went to the race team and not to AERO....Conflict of interest issue to benifit a BOD mwmber with company $$$$$..
4. AERO did not file Taxes for years prior and potential liability of interst and penalties...No mention of status or resolution to this claim.
5. One BOD member has lien on patent and recievables near 1 Milion,,,so in event of company liquidation he would be first in line to collect.....
