Who has said there has been any change? Who said there has been any new arrangement? IMO, the company hasn't, and I haven't. IMO, nothing has changed to what EDEX plans to do.
Please read carefully:
You can have a plan. We are going to do so and so. This is our goal, these are the percentages, etc.. As time and productions numbers come out, the percentages can change. The whole goal could change. Ex: We are going to sell a 50%wi. We are looking for 5 investors for 1 million each for a 10%wi.. New: We are looking for 4 investors for 1.25 mill. for a 10%wi. - due to better production numbers. (These #'s are totally fictional.) They just represent that things can change from the original goal. In the above illustration, a 10%wi was changed due to better production numbers.
This DOES NOT MEAN that anyone lied or mis-represented anything. They just told the present reality and goal at that point. The final reality will be what it turns out to be.
(Example: In drilling the Mesa, Tom and others were told by the driller that we will start drilling "next week." Tom shares this info and the driller does not show up. No one lied but the driller. Tom told those who called what the present reality was. {For a further point: the one's who complained and demanded info: now, now, now, seemed to be the first to shout: Tom lied!!!!, when Tom told them what the driller had communicated to him. The driller was the one who did not fulfill his word.} BTW: I'm not defending Tom here, I am only explaining the difference between realities at different points, even though the end goal basically is the same.) The point is that the Mesa WAS drilled as Tom said that EDEX would drill the Mesa, not on EDEX's timeline, but the drillers. An issue over which EDEX had little control. The completion is planned to be finished up in the next few months.
What EDEX is thinking and planing at this point can, and probably will change in the future as real #'s become known. The goal and plan of a free ride is still the same. The percentages? who knows.
I agree that an official new release should be released when the numbers and plans are finalized and it is appropriate to do so. Until then, you or I could call up and get the present realities. But that is all they are. So, you have a choice: Wait or call.
For now, you are not going to get ANY INFORMATION unless you or someone else calls. The info received is only as good as the current day. I've no problem with this. Understand this: You can't have it both ways. Demanding info, and then complaining about the info when someone calls. Therefore either be patient until the company releases a PR or take your demands to the mirror.
If you can not live with the above, I encourage you to leave wildcatting alone as it is not your cup of tea. This is not an insult, only a indication of risk tolerance and temperment.
