Everyone knew of the lawsuit as soon as I found out about it. From then on it's just going to the service PACER to look up the free and public information. If anyone wanted the information posted at an earlier time there was no one stopping them from posting it.

Contrary to what someone said earlier getting authorized access to PACER is free and immediately available after registration.
