hogger...you are still ignoring what

was written and stated about your post. Karrie Key is no longer an Asst DA she has been a sitting judge for 12 years in Austin. Are you stating that you spoke with Judge Karrie Key just recently about a case in which you represent neither the State of Texas or counsel for the defendent and she spoke with you and gave information?

Are you also saying that Cytogenix first CEO Michael Skillern who was in on the insurance fraud with his father from the beginning, wrote the computer program to manage and track it, wrote a computer program to destroy the computer evidence, initiated said program and destroyed evidence as the authorities moved in all of which he admitted on the stand in his testimony...that this 24 yr old adult Michael Skillern was never charged, never plead guilty, or was never convicted of any crime involved with this insurance scam?

Before you answer regarding Michael Skillern's criminal record be aware that access to Texas criminal records is available online.

Being as you say "truthful and candid" on a witness stand when the prosecution has a 12-gauge shotgun pointed right at your nuts does not I am afraid make Michael Skillern a good guy. In my mind the fact that he rolled over on his dad doesn't add anything to his moral fiber also. Part of the nearly $1M stolen by Michael Skillern's father T.M. 'Bud' Skillern went towards the purchase of two Lincoln town cars and a Porsche. Who do you think that Porsche was for?
