VODG has a 4.3m float with a 12.5m OS. Insiders holding over 6m shares and there are some 144 holdewrs that never filed to have free trading shares. The OS has not gone up more than 4m shares over the last 5 years. Fully reporting. Building a new facility to ramp up production . Revenues and earnings likely not far away, The doctor has a PHD and has several patents in stem cell research/development.
