"outdated" news is an understatement. That suit was filed, and thus public, as of July 2006, when FCCN was trading at less than .003! Folks just "discovered" that now and lost confidence so they're gonna sell? Nimrods, just plain nimrods playing in the penny market. At least you folks could get shaken out on a "new" bogus lawsuit. LOL
