NNRF, Inc. Receives Clearance From Securities and Exchange Commission On Form 10-SB Registration Statement

MOSCOW, Oct. 5, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- NNRF, Inc. (Pink Sheets: NNRI) reported today that it has received clearance from the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding its Form 10-SB registration statement.

NNRF's sponsoring NASD licensed broker dealer will be submitting a Form 211 application with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority on behalf of NNRF as soon as possible for the purpose of initiating quotation of NNRF common stock on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board. This listing will facilitate the Company's intention to list on other exchanges such as the American Stock Exchange and/or the Alternative Investment Market in London.
