It would be perfect for a takeover or buyout. Why should Verisign keep paying them all that money when they could just buy the whole company for less than a million bucks?
Verisign knows COPI is making a 50% markup on all the money they spend there. Verisign could have the service at cost, and sell it at that same markup to their competitors.
I don't just think it's feasible. I think it's edging toward probable.
