Unless the CFO Roger Rowell is lying then I stand corrected. He is very pissed off at the price shorted heavily since .10 He is going to try to counter with OTC app and a few announcements concerning financials coming out. as of yesterday the float was 800 million. Etrade covering and restricted online buying unless they allowe it now not sure.
