So I would have more to lose by a RS right? However if EI addressed the share structure now, maybe we fall to .0025 at most. If they don't dilute much less of a fall. I would rather RS from here than RS from the .02 level and fall back to .006-7, wouldn't you?
I really love this co., but the PP was not good IMO and has hurt the PPS going forward. It would take 7.5 mill $$ to bring the OS back to 2 bil, and when do you think EI will have that much cash to take those off the table?
With the current OS, whether we uplist or not, most investors,(especially institutions) will not buy in big until the share count is reduced.
If EI was some rediluting pig I would be up in arms at the suggestion of a RS, but I believe they would reduce the AS and not bloat it up again with revs coming in. That's just my take on what we need to go forward. FWIW
