Further Q&A from the Phoenix Meeting:

I know it's been a while since I said I would get more posted, but I've simply been very busy lately.

Some of the information has already been covered, but thought I'd post it anyway.

Remember, these are from my notes and interpretation of what was said at the meeting.

10) Financing. When will this happen, and what type of financing package will it be?

While no real specifics were offered about the financing package, it was brought up that getting financing for the Company is not a problem. However the Company will not just take any financing offer, as they have rejected some as the terms were not advantagous to the Company and its Shareholders.

It was noted that we will find out more about the pending financing package in the upcoming 10K filing, (due approx. end of Jan. 02) and that there WILL NOT be a "going concern" for NVEI for the coming year. (Two years in a row of not having a "going concern" is very good for a developmental OTC Company, imo).

11) What exactly are you making? Chipsets? Set-top boxes? What?

Ultimately the Technology will reside in the chipset form. These chipsets are designed to fit into existing equipment. Be it the DSLAM's or set-top boxes. They can be manf. to the specifications set before them by the Teleco's.

12) Revenues through licesncing fees. Is this based on a per chip or per customer basis?

While this was not really answered with any specific details, it is possible for NVEI to get revenue through licenscing fees from many various ways down the line. (ex: chipsets, per user basis, etc..)

13) Does/will NVEI have any additional sources of revenue other than the Technology?

The Entertainment Division of the Company is expected to have revenues from the upcoming movie "Liquid". Not only from receipts from the movie, but the possibility of revenues from product placement or sponsorship do exist as well.

14) What are your possible plans for discussion/use of the "white papers", etc...?

As many of you know the White Papers are very technical papers that basicly prove that the Technology works, and how it works as well. This will not be public information. However there will be Technology updates and and a "watered down version of the white papers" will be avail. for public viewing.

However from what I understand, the White Papers will be avail. for various Technical Publications to view for their DD while writing any articles, etc.. about NVEI.

The White Papers are also a continuing work in progress as the R&D team works on the Technology, etc.. developing it for the various Teleco(s) that would like NVEI to develop a product for their use. That does not mean that they are not waiting for them to be completed before showing them to various teleco's, publications, etc... before they have the finished White Papers, as due to the nature of the Technology, and the many applications for the Technology, it is all a part of the ongoing R&D process. (Perhaps a good example here would be Intel and their processor. When they released their first product/processor, they probably knew it would not be their only product, but the first in a line of products that continually build and improve on the previous product).

15) What is the present patent status?

Pending. They are also presently working on several (2) patents to be applied for as well.

16) What event would allow Fleishman-Hilliard to begin talking to their media contacts, (over 400)?

There is a combination of events to take place prior to this happening, however it is expected that they will be contacting F/H in the near future. At that time, Drs. Greaves & Propp are expected to be discussing the Technology with various media outlets as well.

17) What are NVEI's short/long term plans?

Their present business model calls for the licenscing of the Technology. However, if the right offer was to be presented, they will consider being acquired or a merger.

18) Could you describe in detail the computer simulation process for the Technology and why it is so important in the developmet process?

With the computer simulation process, they are able to take the "blueprint" of the existing infrastructure that the Teleco(s) provides NVEI with, add to that the distance/speed they want to run over that system using NVEI's Technology.

The computer is able to simulate the varying conditions of the copper wiring in the existing system, whether or not cars are driving over it, whether or not it it is laid next to or near electrical lines, etc....Varying conditions in order to simulate the ultimate performance of NVEI's Technology.

Then the final results from the simulation program basicly tell whether or not the Technology will work for that application and or how well it will work for that application as well.

(Comment: It was mentioned that the first carrier specified a speed/distance that is less than what NVEI knows they are capable of).
