What's going on? Answer IMHO:

1) Two major retail brokers have restrictions on trading FCCN that REALLY need to go away.

2) Pinks don't run until after 10 or 10:30. Big investors are more worried about what F and MSFT and GOOG are doing than FCCN.

3) Merger news was expected - 8k is the real deal on financials. Nobody knows what this stock is worth right now - NOBODY. Not until the 8k.
