I will call the SEC to verify. Effectively all shares are up for sale already for 0.55 by their PR already.

I will give them Kartix's number, which will deny the buyout through them, but it is confusing because Aurus claims the buyout still exists.

Which lie allows them to sell shares or which lie does not allow them to sell shares will have to be figured out by the SEC. With all the different lies, the SEC is the only one qualified to make the call on the 504 exemption.

It can be taken either way, because they state both sides in writing??? Good point!
