At 1915 hours, 10/4/07, I sent the following private message to Matt (Admin), requesting a few changes. Attached and below I have provided you with a transcript of my private post. Sam Barder.
Matt (Admin),
I am primarily a member of the MGMX board at the present. Although rumors have been swirling around for the last week about a change of name and symbol and a reverse split, the actual filing was today (10/4/07, at 1330 hours). Unfortunately, due to a leak and subsequent confirmation by the old named corporation (MGMX), someone has requested another board to open under the new name, without a symbol available at that time. Today I see that they have incorporated the symbol given at 1330 hours as BWNR.
My question and complaint is this: I believe that this new board and moderator should be struck from the boards. There already exists a board for this company as MGMX, and if it changed name and symbol and has a Reverse split, effective at 1330 hours today, why should someone with a little leeway, advanced knowledge be permitted to kidnap the stock board prior to the official changeover? Mary Callaghan moderates the MGMX board and any change of name or symbol should affect this name and symbol of the existing board with it's present moderator....NOT be grounds for a pre-emptive hijacking by someone else prior to the effective date.
I ask that you inform Mary Callaghan (muleofkintire) as to my opposition to the new board and support of her and the present board. I ask that you let her view my private post to you as I do not know how to copy this post to you and cc to her. I also ask you to award the name and symbol change to the previous board moderator (Mary Callaghan) and disband the present Brownstone Resources Board and it's accompanying moderator as they are NOT the rightful descendants of the MGMX board.
Lastly, after your conversation with Mary Callaghan, I would ask that you contact me with your decision. Sincerely, Sam Barder.
