II do understand that - believe me there is no shortage of shells and minor holdings and such here. My concern is the uplisting. The shells have to prove not only the cap but also sustained income - right now that cant be done.

Allin - have they considered amex? The listing requirements are not near as stringant from a performance stand point and IF they could sustain the income lines to qualify they could attain that listing faster?
