Right.. Well I suppose its worth a shot because I see no reason not to. If as Curber asserts the shares are bogus and the form 4 remains unrecognised , so be it. If it is recognised at least we have a shot at preventing a dilution so catastrophic that we may as well not have started trading again in the 1st place, at least we have leverage. If Curber/Darrell believes we do not have an equal shot at this as the company does then we can agree to differ. Im so sick of the lack of action I will do it..
