guardian, this is a tough one, but imo. I would think we would hear next that they have bought back all the shares they need to complete phase 2, this October. Then suggest phase 3., the TO. We are drifting right now and waiting. Today was mostly buys and taki and tgtl should help with more buying this week. All that matters is that Sib buy back the shares they need and end phase 2 this month. Then, hopefully it will be easier. A lot of good shareholders could use a break on this stock as soon as Sib can possibly help.
