I think I have a good idea what has happened. Lusk holds about 30million shares of an Italion company called Intelligentias,Inc...ITLI...they are getting to be well known in Europe and generate $$$$. They have recently partnered with some well known companys and big things could be in their future. The Italions apparently like Foldera and with Lusk holding a few shares of ITLI he has been able to make some overseas connections.While Foldera may never be really big in the U.S.....we may have a great shot in Europe.

This is strictly my opinion of what may be going on.Your own DD may not agree with my thoughts!
