I just called Andrew...

"He said that he just e-mailed Tom with a reccomendation to either show documentation to the investors of the 8k tommorow or an update on the status"

I needed clarification on the vote status also...

He said "He did not KNOW whether the vote has taken place or not yet, because he only knows what Tom tells him, and relates to Tom the investors sentiments"

It doesnt mean that the vote hasnt taken place yet, it just means that Andrew is just a Front Rep IR guy who only knows what he is told.
