the use of these direct investors is standard for the oil business. 25 to 30 thousand appears avg./however EVERYTHING IS NEGOITABLE as per price/percentage of well production etc.
i have seen a few companies get $25,000 per investor/which normaly would be for one well/however they would pool four or five investors at 25,000 grand each and give them 1/4 or 1/5
over 4 or five wells, allowing those investos to spread their
risk over several wells not just one. REMEMBER 25,000 grand sunk into one well. do you hit the gusher or zip/nada/nothing
its been nice knowing ya, also could be anything between a gusher and nada. risk/risk/risk. most oil companies won't even talk to an investor who doesn't have a net worth of one million
min./and i'm sure there are others that would not touch these people. as for me, i'll take 25,000 grand and buy "RGNO" and spread out my risk over 25/50/100/100's of wells.
