rrm, there seems to be a lot more to this than Turek missing one payment to Murphy. Murphy ran that company for years. It appears he profited from it and ran it well, or he would have lost it or sold it long ago. Not to mention Turek never would have bought it if it wasn't doing well. The problems started when Turek took over. Your statement is correct, follow the money. I believe we will find that Turek wasted a lot of it. He has a long history of losing it (for his own benefit). It appears this company was hurting long before Murphy stepped in, I wish he had earlier. He has the proven track record while Turek has many years of nothing but screwed shareholders who covered his azz thru dilution. Where did Turek get the millions to pay Murphy? You and me, that's where. We are done. I have never heard of a pinkie coming out of BK and the shareholders getting squat. Even if the shares remain viable, they will go nowhere and we will see a R/S or some dumb "preferred exchange". Same thing.
