Jim, Rheddle did talk to Marani and they told him they are merging, not sure if he asked into TLTK but I think he did!

But My big question is: Since they annouced through a PR they are doing an RS on tuesday, then Filied the 15-12g today, without the RS already taking place, they can not change the sharestructe after the 15-12g Filing, I don't know I am aking anyone who might!
